"We had brake problems in traveling south in our 1984 Airstream. Camped just outside Austin TX, I googled RV repairs Airstream. Motivated RV was one of the results. I looked at the photos of their work on their website. I called and made arrangements to bring the trailer in for repairs. I'm an old retired guy and I've been around a lot of shops, I can tell you I was impressed with the work I saw, the technicians and the size of some of the coaches parked next to a tiny canned ham being restored. When the parts arrived, we brought the trailer to the shop, three and a half hours later we got trailer brakes. While the techs were working on the brakes, Bryan fixed an annoying toilet leak and adjusted our door latch. Motivated RV labor charges were fair and reasonable. "I was worried that fixing the water-damaged floor of my trailer would be super expensive, but Motivated RV did it for less than half what I thought it would cost. They did such a fantastic job that the new floor looks better than the old, covering the seem with an elegant trim. They also replaced the AC unit, which required resizing the housing and decking it out with new trim, and it looks great. I'm not sure how they're making a profit at these prices! Motivated has done several things on my 5th wheeler. They replaced the flooring and it looks so much better! They put a new air conditioner in also. Susie keeps in touch with you and lets you know what's going on with the delivery and installation. You don't feel forgotten!

"Motivated RV rawks! Our family purchased a 22 foot Evergreen Travel Trailer. Being new to the RV game our first couple maintenance issues were handled at the mainstream RV repair places, each time I felt like we were being gouged. The search started for some place fair and good to service our FOB Viajera (our RV). I first got wind of Motivated by checking out reviews of various repair places. I reconnoitered them and they were very friendly and inviting. They were willing to share their knowledge and give me tips on how to fix minor issues free of charge. I finally entrusted our family steed to Motivated and boy was I happy with their performance! Our trailer is 4 years old and we have used her for two seasons and several items needed fixing. I entrusted them to fix those issues and to look at any wear items that might need any tending to. They were fast, friendly, and fixed all issues.... and wait for it, for a fair price. "Very honest folks at Motivated RV. They recently analyzed my Class C RV generator for a non-start problem. The initial thinking was that the carburetor was bad, and they replaced the carb. As it legitimately turned out, there was a higher degree of repairs that I was not prepared to pay for at the time. Rather than charge me for a carb that didn't fix the issue, they put the old carb back on and only charged me for the analysis. I thought this was a very fair way to handle the situation.
